HI, My name is Wendi Combes. I am a nurse in Atlanta with a holistic nursing practice. I have been learning a lot about propolis lately and would like to find a good brand to recommend. I like what you guys are about. Is there anyone I can talk to about learning a little more?

    Hi Laurie,
Purchased (today) some BEE BREAD and also have a 4 OZ. package in the squeeze bottle and I’ve have that for 6 or 8 weeks. As long as it is sealed will eat remain fresh and ready to enjoy?

Hi Mark, Yes the bee bread is just fine. It may start to crystalize over time, but even that can be warmed and change back to it’s liquid form.

Have you found a new place yet?

Hello Laurie. Do you buy beeswax? In what quantities and how clean? Thanks.

Hi Marie, we do buy bright clean beeswax. We are not interested in old comb wax- the wax that has turned dark brown. That wax usually looks dirty and greyish when melted and bricked. We buy beeswax in pound increments. So 1 lb – whatever it is we need! Does that help? Email us and we will send you a PDF of our procedures and current prices.

i have been using the nose drops periodically over the past couple of years to ward off sinus infections. this last bottle sat for a month and when i went to use it has some sort of thick brown substance that has developed in it… no other bottle has done that… im hoping its not mold, and i sure as hell dont want to use it if it is… but what is it? safe to use? thanks

Hi Joe, Without seeing what you are looking at, I really can’t tell you what is happening to the nose drops. If you would like to replace it? We can set up an appointment at the home office in Groveport and I will be glad to replace the nose drops with our new nasal spray for you. Call me 614-450-2339

Yes, we do. We buy by the pound and prefer it cleaned. It can be scrappings or from a propolis trap. When you have a pound or more, call or email us and we will give you instructions about how to clean it and where to send it. We pay $30 a pound for clean propolis, less for uncleaned. beepothecary@gmail.com. 614-450-2339

Asking questions are actually nice thing if you are not understanding anything entirely, except this post presents nice understanding even.

Very interesting web site full of information, thank you! I have recently looked into the collection of bee venom and I am enquiring if you or your viewers have any bee venom therapy cream recipes. I would like to try and make small batches of bee venom cream. Thank You and Reagrds!

No, have not made it. I have used Venex cream.
It burns and then itches TERRIBlLY. Almost worse than a sting! I can’t believe women put this on their face. Be careful with amount of venom!
