These are so good.

This is a doubled recipe.

No bake energy bites

  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup almond butter (or any other nut butter)
  • 2/3 cup of honey
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes (or sweetened coconut)
  • 1 cup flax seed
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup -2 cups of any of these or combination of:
  •  raisins, cranberries, sunflower seeds, nuts, chocolate chips, chopped figs, dried fruits, etc…When I have other hive products like pollen, bee bread or royal jelly I often add them as well!   The more ingredients the drier the mix, so adjust by adding a Tbsp of honey or nut butter

Mix everything in a medium bowl until thoroughly incorporated. Let chill in the Fridge for half an hour. Once chilled, roll into 1 inch balls and enjoy.  Store in airtight container and keep refrigerated

for up to a week. (If they last that long)
